In accordance with Art. 13 (Information) of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we hereby inform you that our company Vinum GmbH processes the personal data of customers and suppliers as well as persons who voluntarily provide our office or management with their personal details (in writing, by telephone, fax or e-mail).

Our company guarantees that, in accordance with the law, your personal data will be processed in compliance with the basic rights and the dignity of the person involved, in particular for what concerns privacy, personal identity and the right to protect such data.

Objectives and purposes of data processing

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations, obligations arising from regulations, community standards and civil and tax laws
  • Fulfillment of any contractual obligations towards the data subject
  • Fulfillment of activities related to the business activities of our company such as filling out internal statistics, invoicing and keeping customer/supplier accounts

Voluntary disclosure of data

Without prejudice to the above for web navigation data, the user is free to voluntarily provide the Data Controller with further data in order to gain access to other services, such as a newsletter, e-commerce services or information requests. The Data Protection Act grants the data subject the right to exercise certain rights pursuant to Art. 7, i.e. in particular, the data subject has the right to know what personal data the controller has about him/her and to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if they have not yet been recorded, and to obtain information in intelligible form about such data, their origin and the purposes and means of their processing, as well as information about the controller and the persons responsible for processing and the persons and categories of persons to whom such data may be communicated. The person concerned has the right to confirm and check his data, to correct and supplement it, to request that the data be deleted, blocked and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates the legal provisions. He has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of his data, as well as to request their deletion, blocking, transformation into anonymous data and, without legitimate reason, if data are used for the purpose of commercial information, sending advertising material, direct sales, market research and opinion polling.
